About Us

We are an experienced group of trainers, consultants and executive coaches.

Access to Information and Information Governance

We have considerable experience in this area.

Our unique points:

  • Our tremendous experience and track record in providing the NHS, independent health sector, social care services and other organisations with bespoke and in-house training
  • Our courses can be tailored to exact needs using a multitude of mediums such as: bespoke, one to one coaching, consultancy, lecture based training, open courses, Desktop Drivers and e-Learning - we offer an all round solution that is second to none - none of our competitors offer a combination of these mediums. We can fulfill any training requirements providing a 'one-stop' service for different training solutions, therefore saving time resources, and money
  • Our trainers and consultants have background in both the public and commercial sectors. Several are medically qualified and have extensive experience of working in the NHS. Not only are they highly qualified to work in this field, they have experienced the challenges in respect of implementing new approaches
  • We are abreast of developments within the healthcare sector and constantly update our course offerings to reflect recent events and legislation changes. Our new courses include Records Management, Information Governance - Troubleshooting for IG Professionals, and Introduction to Security for the NHS etc.
  • We sponsor IG4U which is a unique, free networking organisation which allows information governance professionals to meet and to discus IG issues
  • We have provided more Caldicott Guardian training to NHS Trusts, PCT's, the independent sector and to general practices, than any other company, having recently trained our 2500th

As a group we provide personal development services to the public, private and voluntary sectors. This includes one to one and group coaching; all personal development skills including anger and stress management.

Range of Service Provision

We have a wide range of in-house training and coaching for individuals, teams and cross-organisation. Our open workshops, conferences, seminars and training are set out in our Training Page.

Approach

We aim to provide learning/training/coaching in an atmosphere which is conducive to learning and development and directly relevant to the organisation.

We use a mixture of approaches and we aim to make the sessions interesting, fun and useful to the organisation as well as the individual. Learning can be taken back to the workplace and particularly with bespoke courses we can link the workshop material to organisation policies, procedures and material during the session. We would have a pre-session discussion with you on these issues.

All of our courses are equal opportunities based, fully compliant with legal requirements including disability discrimination, race relations, sexual discrimination and all other relevant legislation and codes of practice.
