Ive found the person but now need to understand their training needs?
Training Assessment: we can assess the training requirements of your new employee. They simply complete the online training assessment form; this coupled together with a comprehensive telephone call will allow our experts to determine what their immediate/future training requirements will be. A full report will then be sent to you. This can also form a valuable part of your appraisal scheme.
Once a training assessment has been completed and your employees needs identified, we can provide one to one coaching, with an option to have 3 months of intensive mentoring.
Our 3 month mentoring service will be performed by scheduled conference calls and email support. At the end of this, we can provide a comprehensive assessment/report.
Any of the options above can form part of your employees development and ongoing training requirements; this in turn will make your new employee feel a valued member of the team. Why not take out the training assessment and one to one coaching as part of their induction, thus you can ensure that they are up to date with current legislation and can start making a difference to your organisation immediately. The 3 month mentoring service forms an ideal follow-up once they are established within their new role and have identified problem areas/issues.
