Anger Management

Anger Management

Whilst anger is a normal, healthy human emotion its mismanagement can contribute to problems such as:
  • Stress and insecurity
  • Conflict and arguments
  • Explosions of anger - Please see Scenario
  • Bullying behaviour - Please see Scenario
  • Chronic illness
  • Alcohol and substance misuse
  • Deteriorating relationships

In the workplace, anger may be expressed towards a colleague, by a colleague or towards oneself. It may be a lingering problem which follows a situation which has not been dealt with fully at the time.
