We provide training and consultancy for Information Governance Professionals, FOI and DPA Leads and Caldicott Guardians. We provide courses for all employees in freedom of information, data protection, the EIR, Confidentiality, and all aspects of Clinical and Information Governance.
Personal Development, Coaching, Anger Management and Emotional Intelligence
As a group we provide personal development services to the public, private and voluntary sectors. This includes one to one and group coaching; all personal development skills including anger and stress management.
Range of Service Provision
We have a wide range of in-house training and coaching for individuals, teams and cross-organisation. Our open workshops, conferences, seminars and training are set out in our Training Page.
We provide these services for organisations, teams and individuals. We offer a service which is tailored to meet your needs and have a range of innovative approaches which people enjoy using.
Some courses offer pre-course assignments and follow-up half days and we can organise courses, seminars and workshops to suit your specific needs.
Approach
We aim to provide learning/training/coaching in an atmosphere which is conducive to learning and development and directly relevant to the organisation.
We use a mixture of approaches and we aim to make the sessions interesting, fun and useful to the organisation as well as the individual. Learning can be taken back to the workplace and particularly with bespoke courses we can link the workshop material to organisation policies, procedures and material during the session. We would have a pre-session discussion with you on these issues.
Trainers and Workshop Leaders
All our trainers have considerable experience of working within the public, private and voluntary sectors. All of our courses are equal opportunities based, fully compliant with legal requirements including disability discrimination, race relations, sexual discrimination and all other relevant legislation and codes of practice. All of our trainers are fully trained, qualified and experienced in the areas in which they lead sessions. We have professional indemnity insurance and public liability insurance.
